Reliability:

We host all of our sites on dedicated servers in a Canadian data center which boasts 99.997% network uptime, more than a gigabit of mulit-homed bandwidth, backup power, a temperature controlled secure environment and 24 hour response security.

From time to time, routine server maintenance, upgrades, forces of nature or other issues outside our control may affect the availability of your email and website. We make every effort to minimize any disruptions, but it is impossible to guarantee 100% availability. Vision North will make every effort to notify you of any planned disruptions.

Security:

We offer integrated Spam and Virus protection as part of all our hosting packages. While third-party Spam and Virus tools are generally quite effective, we cannot guarantee their reliability and therefore cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from failure, false-positives or false-negatives. We recommend the proper use of anti-virus and anti-spyware on all computers.

All of our hosting plans include user-configurable FTP backup and restore options.
