Invoicing:
Payment is due within 30 days of invoicing. Late payments may result in suspension of email or web services until your account is brought up-to-date. Continued deliquency (90 days or over) will result in permanent termination of services offered and all files, records and email removed from our servers without advanced notice.
Content:
Hosted content is limited to that which is acceptable by law within the country of Canada. We reserve the right to inspect any and all content placed on our servers and take corrective action, including suspension of service and removal of offending content, at our sole discretion. We are not liable for any losses, damage or other expenses incurred as a result.
Quality of service:
While we do maintain a high level of reliability, forces outside our control may affect the availability of services from time to time and without warning. Every effort is made to ensure uptime, but no warranties, express or implied, can be offered.
Password retention:
For security reasons, we do not retain passwords for your website or email; if your password is lost or forgotten, we will gladly reset it on your behalf. Note that we will be unable to send you your password electronically, so we recommend you contact us by phone.
Website quotas:
When you select one of our hosting plans, you will be alloted an amount of disk space and month data transfer (these are known as a quotas). If the space your site consumes or the bandwidth your site uses exceeds 80% of that allotment, we will automatically increase the quota by 10%. This will give your website room to grow as you need it. Your next invoice will be amended to reflect this change.
Abuse:
We take all reports of abuse of service very seriously, and will take corrective action, where possible, upon investigation of the issue. We do not condone nor support the use of Spam or any other means of "push" advertising. Should it be discovered that you are using questionable techniques for drawing traffic to your site, we will immediately terminate your hosting services with all outstanding balances payable immediately in full and non-refundable.
