This information only applies to clients who are subscribed to our Advanced or Premium plans.
Open your favourite web browser and log into the web-based site administrator located at http://www.yourdomain.com/admin with your username and password. Then, click on the Backup/Restore link in the left menu.
If you used the Download Backup option when you made your backup, you will have to use the Select backup file option to restore your website. Browse to the location on your computer where you stored the backup file.
If you used an FTP server (either singularly or scheduled) you can enter the FTP server credentials to have your site restored from the FTP server.
Entering an email address in either case allows the server to notify you when the restore process is complete.
