This information only applies to clients who are subscribed to our Advanced or Premium plans.
Open your favourite web browser and log into the web-based site administrator located at http://www.yourdomain.com/admin with your username and password. Then:
1.) click on the Backup/Restore link in the left menu.
2.) choose which type of backup you wish to make (site or users)
3.) select your backup transfer option, download to browser or FTP (see note)
4.) if you choose the Download Backup option, click on Download
5.) if you choose to use the Backup to FTP Server option, click on Backup
6.) enter an email address to be notified when the back up is complete
Note: If you happen to have access to an FTP server, you can use the Scheduled Backup option for automated site or user backups. In order to conserve bandwidth, we recommend selecting the weekly backup option unless you have reason to back up your site more frequently.
